.DISCUSSION... Winds today are expected to be sustained 20 to 25 mph
out of the south, and while the RH values look to be in the mid
20 percent range, we are looking at RFTI`s 2-3 due to the breezy
winds which will result in elevated to near critical Fire Weather
conditions. Later this week increased moisture and rain potential
may preclude fire weather concerns for portions of the Panhandles.
