.DISCUSSION...
Brief/spotty elevated fire weather is expected during the afternoon
both today and tomorrow primarily due to low RH and increasingly
stressed fuels. Light southerly winds will shift to the north
overnight with the passage of an outflow boundary, resulting in some
brief gusts near 20 kts before sunrise. Winds will shift back to the
south and become light tomorrow.
