...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT NOON CST TODAY...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of the Panhandle of
Oklahoma, including the following area, Beaver and the Panhandle of
Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson,
Collingsworth, Donley, Gray, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb,
Ochiltree, Palo Duro Canyon, Randall, Roberts and Wheeler.

Though light rainfall continues, any additional flooding threat has
ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at noon CST today.
Area rivers will continue to run high through the afternoon.
