...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total accumulations up to
  10 inches within the most persistent lake effect bands. Winds
  could gust as high as 35 to 40 mph Thursday and Friday.

* WHERE...Hamilton County.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
  blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest accumulations will occur mainly
  north of Route 28 and west of Route 30.
