Total ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Litchfield County in northwest Connecticut, southern Berkshire County in western Massachusetts, and the southeast Catskills, mid Hudson Valley and southern and central Taconics of eastern New York. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of freezing rain will develop early this morning.
