...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 6 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations of a
  light glaze to locally one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northwestern Connecticut, western
  Massachusetts, and eastern New York.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 6 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow late Thursday morning will transition
  over to a mix of sleet and freezing rain or drizzle for early
  Thursday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
