At 1101 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Margaretville, or 18 miles north of Liberty, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
