.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure tracking along a stalled frontal boundary will
bring much cooler conditions along with a widespread rainfall
today through tonight. Rain may fall heavy at times across the
mid- Hudson Valley into Litchfield County which could lead to
flooding. High pressure will build into the region beginning on
Friday and bring a stretch of dry weather which will last into
early next week.
