* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations up to 3
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph combined with blowing snow
  will reduce visibility down to one half mile or less at times.

* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast and Nunivak Island.

* WHEN...From noon Thursday to midnight AKST Thursday Night.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions expected due to blowing and
  drifting snow.
