Forecast is based on forecast start time of 0700 AKDT on August 16.
.DISCUSSION...

Extensive low clouds over the Bering Sea will keep ceilings and visibility
will remain generally in the 1000 to 2000 ft range through today. Rain
chances decrease through the afternoon, though isolated showers and fog
may linger. Winds will shift from northwest this morning to west this
afternoon, with gusts up to around 20 kt early. These wind directions
will keep the waves in the Sweeper Cove at a foot or less as that area
will remain protected by the Island. This should remain the case through
Monday. Ceilings and visibility are expected to deteriorate again by early
Monday morning with rain moving back into the area.
