Update, 9 PM: A thunderstorm has been observed about 30 nm east
of the requested forecast location and about 20 nm south of
Kwigillingok. Isolated thunderstorms are forecast along the
Kuskokwim Delta coast through about 4 AM this morning.

Previous discussion: Weak disturbances moving through the area
today will keep winds southerly with isolated to scattered light
rain showers. Mostly VFR flying conditions, with pockets of MVFR
to IFR near rain showers. Patchy fog is also possible near
showers. Overnight a stronger disturbance will move through the
area, bringing gusts up to 25 kt winds and more widespread rain.
