 Only a very isolated chance of a passing shower this evening and overnight.
 Northwest winds will continue to decrease into this evening...becoming light
 and variable by Tuesday morning, then predominantly out of the east by mid to late
 morning. This will result in diminishing wave heights. Visibility is expected to
 remain at and above 6 statute miles through at least Tuesday evening.
