.DISCUSSION...

A disturbance in the Western Interior spreads scattered rain
showers and cloudy skies over the vicinity of the Oskawalik Fire
this morning. There is still some uncertainty with the track of
this disturbance, and there is low potential (around 25 percent)
that it will bring wetting rain midday into the afternoon and keep
temperatures below 60 degrees today. More likely, breaks of sun
will appear through the day and RHs drop to near 45 percent this
afternoon/evening. Expect generally light southerly winds to
persist, with gusts up to 15 mph during the afternoon/evening
today and Thursday. Increasing breaks of sun, with slightly warmer
and drier conditions are likely for Thursday as the disturbance
exits to the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta.
