Southerly surface winds today become more southwesterly this
evening while remaining at 8 to 10 kt. Winds above the surface
will be westerly and stronger, reaching 25 kt at
2500 ft this afternoon. Ceilings will generally be between 500 to
1000 ft, but may briefly rise to 1500 ft at times. Visibility
will gradually decrease from about 5 statute miles to about 1 to 3
statute miles around 5 PM as light to moderate rain moves in.
Rain chances gradually decrease to 40 percent by about 10 PM.
