.DISCUSSION...

The tail end of a front that brought gusty winds and moderate
rain will push through this morning. A low pressure system will
develop along that front later this afternoon which will coincide
with a transition to westerly winds. There is a chance for a brief
period of cigs/vis above LIFR during peak heating this afternoon
as the terrain to the west of PACD provides some lift and elevated
heating, however this is low confidence. With a ridge of high
pressure over the Bering, low stratus and fog are prevalent
throughout the region. By Wednesday afternoon high pressure
will be more entrenched over the area, so for now it looks like
the most likely timeframe for PACD to improve cigs/vis above LIFR
is tomorrow afternoon around peak heating (between 4 and 7pm).
