gradually diminish through Sunday night. Water levels decrease
this morning, but remain elevated through the second high tide
cycle Sunday afternoon. Wave heights within the coastal waters
of the Kuskokwim Delta will build to 8 to 14 feet Sunday morning
and slowly subside through Sunday evening.
