...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY FOR KIPNUK IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO NOON
AKST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Water levels as high as 1.5 to 3 feet above the normal
  highest tide line.

* WHERE...Kipnuk

* WHEN...From 3 am Monday morning through noon Monday.

* IMPACTS...Coastal flooding of low lying areas and erosion are
  possible. Flood waters may impede upon displaced structures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly winds reaching 40 mph along the
  coast are forecast through midday on Monday and will coincide
  with high tide at around 9 am. Winds are expected to slowly
  diminish through Monday evening, but will still gust as high as
  30 to 35 mph before midnight. Water levels with high tides
  through at least Thursday will be lower but will exceed the
  normal highest tide line.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
