Flood waters may impede upon displaced structures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly winds reaching 40 mph along the coast are forecast through midday on Monday and will coincide with high tide at around 9 am. Winds are expected to slowly diminish through Monday evening, but will still gust as high as 30 to 35 mph before midnight. Water levels with high tides through at least Thursday will be lower but will exceed the normal highest tide line. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
