Observations indicate that patchy fog has developed across
portions of central Virginia across the piedmont. Visibilities
will vary between one half and three miles in the fog.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam headlights only.
