...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GOOCHLAND...
NORTHWESTERN HENRICO...SOUTHWESTERN CAROLINE AND HANOVER COUNTIES AND
THE CITY OF RICHMOND THROUGH 1215 AM EDT...

At 1130 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Wyndham, or 7 miles north of Tuckahoe, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent
         lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding
         possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Laurel and Glen Allen around 1135 PM EDT.
  Ashland around 1140 PM EDT.
  Randolph Macon College around 1150 PM EDT.
  Mechanicsville around 1200 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Golansville, Oliver,
Hanover Airport, Gum Tree, Coatesville, Hewlett, Goodall, Doswell,
Elmont, and Short Pump.
