* At 528 PM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from
  Crisfield to near Nandua Pungoteague Reef to near Cherrystone Reef
  to near Willoughby Bay to 17 nm south of Monitor Merrimack Bridge
  Tunnel, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
