* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 1029 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Northern Neck Reef to near Windmill Point, moving
  northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Windmill Point, Lower Bernard Island, Nandua Pungoteague Reef,
  Crisfield, Tangier Island, Anglers Reef, Smith Point, Stingray
  Point, Onancock Inlet, Watts Island, Longs Creek Inlet, San Marcos
