* At 754 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Sandbridge to 12 nm west of Deal Island to 23
  nm south of Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, moving southeast at
  30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
