  VA, Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA
  including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, York River, James
  River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge and James River
  from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
