...AREAS OF PATCHY FOG ACROSS THE SOUTHERN COASTAL WATERS...

Current observations and coastal cameras show the development of
patchy fog in parts of the southern VA coastal waters and
northeast NC coastal waters. Visibilities are variable, but may
locally be reduced to 1 NM or less at times, and pose a hazard to
navigation this morning. Conditions should improve later as low
pressure moves off the coast late this morning into early
afternoon.
