...GUSTY EAST WINDS ON THE BAY AND LOWER JAMES RIVER...

East winds have increased to around 15 knots with gusts to 20
knots behind a backdoor cold front across the Chesapeake Bay and
Lower James River. These elevated easterly winds will persist
through the evening with frequent gusts to 20 knots expected.
Occasional gusts around 25 knots are possible, especially at
elevated terminals.
