At 751 AM EST, strong gusty winds were located in the lower
Chesapeake Bay behind a front. These winds should gradually diminish
over the next hour or so.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, Nassawadox Reef, 1st Island Bay Bridge,
Rappahannock Range Light, Rappahannock Light, Latimer Shoal,
Plantation Light, Cape Henry, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Lynnhaven,
Occohannock Reef, Buoy 36a, Fishermans Island, The Cell, Cherrystone
Reef, Cabbage Patch, 4th Island Bay Bridge, Cape Charles Harbor, and
Cape Henry Wreck.
