...ELEVATED EASTERLY WINDS LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

An east wind has increased to around 15 knots late this afternoon
with gusts to around 20 knots across the lower Chesapeake Bay and
lower James River. This will also result in waves building to 2 to
3 feet. The wind is expected to diminish by 7 PM.
