...GUSTY SW WINDS IN THE RIVERS THIS AFTERNOON...

SW winds of 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt have been observed
in the York, Rappahannock, and Upper James Rivers this afternoon.
Gusty winds will begin to decrease in the next hour or two. Winds
should trend down to around 10 kt by this evening.
