North Carolina, central Virginia, east central Virginia, eastern
Virginia, south central Virginia and southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected late this afternoon into
this evening. A few storms may produce strong to severe wind gusts.
Localized flooding will be possible from late afternoon into the
overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Localized flooding will be possible on Wednesday, mainly in the
morning through the mid to late afternoon timeframe.
