This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast North Carolina,
south central Virginia and southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Low pressure moving up the coast approaches southeast Virginia and
northeast North Carolina Thursday into Thursday night. There is
still some uncertainty with the track and evolution of this system.
However, a more northward and inland track would bring a potential
for locally heavy rainfall Thursday into Thursday night. There is a
risk for excessive rainfall in NE NC and SE/S Central VA Thursday
through Thursday night as this low tracks generally across the
Carolina coastal plain.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
