A weak frontal boundary slides east this morning, then will linger
along the coast this afternoon and this evening. Scattered showers
will lift across the parade site this morning before and during
the event, with more numerous showers and storms anticipated this
afternoon into this evening, after festivities have concluded. A
Flood Watch is in effect for this afternoon into late this evening.
