.DISCUSSION...
ENE winds 10-15 kt through mid to late afternoon. High pressure moves
over the region tonight with decreasing winds. Seas have been slower
to build than previously forecast but still expect heights to peak
in the early to mid afternoon today. Benign marine conditions are
then expected from tonight through the first half of Wednesday.
South and southwest flow increases Wednesday evening into Thursday
ahead of the next cold front.
