...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected to
  continue.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Maryland, including the following
  county, Somerset.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1236 AM EDT, Flooding continues in and near Crisfield.
    Between 3 and 6 inches of rain fell yesterday evening, which
    resulted in flooding, especially in Crisfield. While the
    heavy rain has ended, residual flooding will continue for at
    least the next few hours. Therefore, the Flash Flood Warning
    has been converted to a Flood Warning.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Marion Station, Lawsonia, Hopewell, Fairmount, Kingston,
    Byrdtown, Upper Fairmount, Upper Hill, Rumbley, Manokin and
    Rehobeth.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
