Between 3 and 6 inches of rain fell yesterday evening, which resulted in flooding, especially in Crisfield. While the heavy rain has ended, residual flooding will continue for at least the next few hours. Therefore, the Flash Flood Warning has been converted to a Flood Warning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
