...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Virginia...

  Blackwater River near Dendron affecting Surry County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued this afternoon at 100 PM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Blackwater River near Dendron.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 36.3 feet, Jones Town Drive and Walls Bridge Road
  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 36.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:45 AM EDT Sunday was 36.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to slowly
    fall overnight. It will fall below flood stage later this
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 36.3 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    36.9 feet on 01/19/2013.
