The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central, eastern,
north central, and southeast Virginia, including the following
areas, in east central Virginia, Eastern Essex, Eastern King
William, Eastern King and Queen, Richmond, Western Essex, Western
King William, Western King and Queen and Westmoreland. In eastern
Virginia, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex and Northumberland. In north
central Virginia, Caroline. In southeast Virginia, Gloucester.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will be
allowed to expire at midnight EDT tonight.
