...BEACH HAZARDS STATEMENT IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Breaking waves of 3 to 5 ft and onshore flow will result
  in rough surf conditions and a high risk of rip currents.

* WHERE...In North Carolina, Eastern Currituck County. In
  Virginia, Virginia Beach.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...A high risk of rip currents and rough surf is
  expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
