.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
Weak low pressure will linger over the NE Gulf through Tuesday,
then slowly shift southeast along the coast Wednesday night
through Thursday. Northerly outflow winds develop as the low
passes to the south. Another system moves in from the South
beginning late Friday.
