.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
When the low over the east-central Gulf & Central Inner Channels
weakens & is absorbed into the overall flow, a ridge of high
pressure will begin to build over the Gulf starting Tuesday
afternoon, reaching the eastern Gulf by Wednesday.
