.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
Generally, lighter winds are expected to continue into next week
as high pressure hangs around over the eastern Gulf and Panhandle.
Increased winds out of Clarence Strait & along & just off the
Outer Coast are expected through the early part of the week due to
a tightened west to east pressure gradient.
