.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A decaying low in the gulf allows for a break on Friday with
potential to see skies clear up. Winds will remain light through
Friday before a stronger, near-gale force low moves into the
Gulf over the weekend. The northern gulf coast will feel the
greatest impacts.
