.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A decaying area of low pressure moves northward Friday bringing
increased winds along outer coast and Cross Sound. This low
dissipates Friday night into early Saturday as it moves SW.
Lighter winds expected this weekend as surface ridge lingers
over Gulf and panhandle.
