.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A mature meandering low in the far southern Gulf will have
multiple atmospheric waves move around it and up into the
Panhandle through the week. Another shortwave arrives Thursday.
The low weakens over the weekend, and departs on Monday.
