A ridge remains over the panhandle this morning keeping precipitation
chances low. The pressure gradient for Northern Lynn Canal relaxes in
turn decreasing winds. This morning, southerly 15 to 20 kt winds persist
decreasing to 10 to 15 kts this afternoon. A front begins to move across
the gulf this afternoon increasing precipitation chances for the area.
