.DISCUSSION...Currently clouds ceilings are persistently staying
around 1500ft with light rain showers patchy fog. Conditions will
slowly improve through this afternoon, giving way to clouds
around 6000ft by 4pm today. Cloud tops through the day are
expected 10000ft. Southerly winds will begin to pick up this
afternoon to around 10 kts. With the increase of winds, waves will
increase to at maximum 3ft. Winds and waves will ease during
the overnight hours. Due to the calming conditions there is the
chance for some isolated areas of fog and low clouds (<1000ft)
during the early morning hours Thursday. Conditions throughout
the day Thursday will be dry with increasing clouds in the
afternoon. Cloud bases will be between 3000-4000ft and ceilings
once again approximately 10000ft. Marine conditions Thursday will
be fairly similar as today with waves mostly 1-2ft, with 3ft just
south of the spot area.
