.DISCUSSION...A weakening low over the panhandle will bring continued
occasional rain showers across Lynn Canal through the day on Wednesday.
Anticipate low stratus decks at times resulting in MVFR to IFR flight
conditions during the early morning, though these will improve to MVFR
through the course of the day on Wednesday. Anticipate winds in the
immediate area to be around 5-10 kt out of the South through the daytime
hours, before becoming light  Wednesday night.
