.DISCUSSION...Mostly cloud skies and cooler, moister conditions
persist as a more marine airmass has moved into the area along with
marine layer clouds. High temperatures not expected to reach much
higher then the low 60s today with high RH persisting. Forecast
into Tuesday is trending wetter as a series of fronts move in
from the West. Of these, the second front will be the one that
brings in the significant rainfall that will start up Tuesday
afternoon. Total rainfall looks to be around 1 inch in the area
through late Tuesday night. Little in the way of wind expected
in the area with either front, though highest winds will likely
be after the second front moves through with W to SW winds
increasing to around 15 kt on Wednesday.
