.DISCUSSION...

Generally calm conditions under overcast skies at the spot
forecast location this evening. VFR flight conditions are expected
through majority of the overnight period with ceilings above
4000ft, decreasing by 7am to near 3000ft or less as a rain
overspreads the area with a front pushing into the coastal
panhandle. Anticipating surface winds to turn more southeasterly
through tonight as the front approaches the northern Gulf coast,
increasing to around 5 to 10kts by Saturday morning. Flight
conditions will remain deteriorated through much of Saturday with
ceilings near 2000 to 5000ft.
