.DISCUSSION...As of 10 PM, Sisters Island Webcam shows east winds
at around 13 knots. Expecting to see these winds increase slightly
in the coming hours as pressures drop in the gulf waters. Areas to
the east of Pleasant Island look to be mostly blocked from east
winds from mountains, resulting in lighter winds, less than 10
knots. Wave heights from sustained 15 knot winds during the day
look to continue around 3-4 ft.
