Including Livengood, Circle Hot Springs, Eagle Summit,
Twelvemile Summit, The Steese Highway from MP 85 to MP 124,
The Elliott Highway from MP 32 to MP 134,
and The Dalton Highway from MP 0 to MP 38

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM THURSDAY TO 3 PM
AKST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
  Significant blowing and drifting of snow with visibility
  reduced to one half mile or less at times.

* WHERE...Steese Highway Summits including Twelvemile and Eagle
  Summits.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Thursday to 3 PM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below
  zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
  minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling, especially in open areas.

The latest road conditions can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

  Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. Significant drifting of snow
  is expected.

* WHERE...South Slopes Of The Central Brooks Range and Dalton
  Highway Summits.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Thursday to 3 PM AKST Friday.
