Total snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Dangerous wind chills as low as 55 below expected. * WHERE...Eastern Alaska Range South of Trims Camp and Southern Denali Borough along the Parks Highway near Cantwell. * WHEN...From 6 PM Friday to 3 PM AKST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Frostbite may occur in as little as 5 minutes to exposed skin. Blowing snow may reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less at times. This will be a prolonged period of very cold conditions.
