...Strong Arctic Blast Begins Today...

The prolonged warming event has come to an end as much colder air
moves into the Interior. Temperatures will be well below zero for
much of the week with minimum temperatures approaching -40 or -50
in the coldest spots by Thursday/Friday. Any wet surfaces have
frozen resulting in slick conditions, so travelers should remain
extra cautious.
