            GVEA reported widespread power outages
            around the Fairbanks area as wind gusts of
            around 30 to 40 mph worked through the
            Tuesday evening. At around 8 PM, outages
            peaked with around 3000 customers without
            power. Power is quickly being restored as of
            9 PM.
